Apprentice Carpenter

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Carpenter. This role is designed to build the skills needed for a long-term career in construction through hands-on experience and continued learning. You will work under the supervision of a journeyman carpenter while gaining a strong understanding of the trade.

What You’ll Do

• Assist a journeyman carpenter on construction and remodeling projects 
• Help build and assemble wooden structures 
• Set up and maintain tools and job site materials 
• Learn and practice essential carpentry skills on the job 
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment 
• Attend training or coursework as needed to develop your skills 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills 
• Basic math skills 
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade 
• Good communication skills to work with team members and other trades 
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented 

Experience & Qualifications

• Some familiarity with hand and power tools required 
• Previous construction experience is a plus (especially framing, roofing, or concrete form work) 
• No prior carpentry experience required 
• Ability to work under supervision and take direction 

Working Conditions

• Residential and commercial job sites 
• Physically demanding work environment 
• Requires strength, stamina, and the ability to be on your feet throughout the day 

Pay & Benefits

• $18.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
